Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club Information

Our Breakfast Club is open every weekday, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM until the start of the school day. It is available for children in Reception through to Year 6.

All attendees must prebook online on their Arbor app in order to attend any sessions. Bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before the session begins.


Cost Options:

Please note that payment must be made on Arbor strictly in advance of booking.

Payment can also be made by childcare vouchers. Please send a screen shot of your proof of payment to the school office by email so that this can be credited to your Arbor account, to allow a booking to be made.

How to Book:

From January 2025, all booking for Breakfast club must be made and paid for in advance via the Arbor Parent App. (Booking can only be made if there is sufficient credit on the account.) Click here for further guidance on booking sessions in the new Parent App.


Drop-Off Location:
Children should be dropped off via the wooden canopy located at the rear of the school hall.

You may be able to claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs if you’re eligible for Universal Credit.

For working families claiming Universal Credit with children under 17, you may be able to claim back up to 85% of eligible childcare costs. Click on the link above for further details and to check your eligibility.


If you are eligible, you will still need to pre book and pay for your wraparound care provided by the school in the usual way on Arbor. 


You will then need to report your childcare costs in your online UC account, you can do this at any point in your claim. (You will be asked to provide proof of payment which you can get via your Arbor account.)

You can then claim back your childcare costs. You will only get the money back when the childcare has been delivered. You can claim back up to 3 future months but you will get these month by month. You can claim up to 3 months of past childcare. 

The payment is then included in your UC payment.
